The pricing is based on a weekly rate as follows: ① for 6 persons per house or, ② for 12 people in both houses for the same booking period.
PLEASE NOTE : from 29.06. until 17.08.; the houses are only available when booked together.
For shorter periods of stay for example bank holidays etc, please express this wish explicitly in your enquiry.
For bookings with more than x 6 people pro house – please enquire separately
No pets allowed.
There is a small local tourism tax which needs to be paid ( this applies to all tourists wherever they end up staying).
Extended summer vacation rentals are welcome – please send a special enquiry with the length of your intended booking.
With the down-payment of a 20 % retainer, your holiday booking will be confirmed - bank details will be given to following your enquiry and your fix - booking.
Completion of payment - 6 weeks before your arrival.
