Villa Oliva Bianca

DESCRIPTION

The building of the Villa Istra Bianca was completed in the spring of 2014.
This spacious property is located in the idylic little village Fuskulin and is situated some 3,5 km east of Funtana, 6,5 km south-east of Porec and approximately 4 km away from the bathing beaches Zelena - and also Plavalaguna.

The Villa is located at the southeast end of the village and is surrounded by a 2500 m² garden which has been landscaped to give our guests a beautiful undisturbed view southwards. All that can be seen are fields, fruit and olive trees and a gorgeous wooded hill on the horizon.

From the large roof-terrace one can see the beautiful coastline around Funtana, if you turn around then you see the romantic looking church of Fuskulin.

The Villa itself has an East and a West house- each house mirrors the other with regards to layout.
Each house can separately accommodate +6 plus + 2 persons. , or can be booked completely to accommodate +12 + 2 individuals.

Each house is designed to give the individuals renting the property their independence from the neighboring property. The feeling of having one´s own special private and intimate retreat can be put down to the great architectural concept.

Having said this, the possibility to book the entire Villa is a great option, as already mentioned; +12 + 2 people can share their holiday living together in the two houses. In order to make this feeling of togetherness real, the guests can open a door on the terrace and in this way can move freely from one house to the next and better enjoy the extended open space in front of the property.
