RentalBookings are made through Fuškulin d.o.o. on behalf of the owner of the property at the price advertised.
Booking and PaymentStandard Terms:
There is a 30% deposit payable on booking.
The balance is payable 5 weeks before arrival.
If a booking is made 5 weeks or less before arrival, full payment is required on booking.

How to BookBookings are made directly with Fuškulin d.o.o. Customers choose a property from our web site and submit an availability form. Once dates and availability have been confirmed, the property can be held for 3 days if time is required to book flights. Please contact us if required. Once a booking form has been received, the Villa will be held for 10 days awaiting receipt of deposit. On payment of the deposit, the booking will be confirmed. If the deposit is not received within the 10 day period we cannot guarantee that the dates will still be available as some properties automatically cancel provisional bookings, if no confirmation has been received from us. Please keep us updated as to the type of payment being made, expected time of arrival and if there are any delays, to avoid disappointment. You will be advised of the balance and due date. On receipt of the balance payment, not less than 8 weeks or 12 weeks in the case of special terms & conditions before arrival, all details regarding directions, arrival and arrangements for the hand over of keys will be sent out. A voucher will also be included, which should be presented on arrival. If the balance payment is not received on time, the booking will be put on hold, pending cancellation until the balance payment or a written cancellation from the client is received. If booking is made less than 8 weeks (or 12 weeks in the case that Special Terms & Conditions apply) before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking. Confirmation and all details will be sent to the person in the group making the booking. This person should be over 21 years of age and have the authority from all persons in the group to make the booking. The names, age and the birthdate of all people in the group should be listed on the booking form.
Cancellation by youStandard Terms
Cancellation fees are as follows: Length of time before arrival when we receive your cancellation in writing.
30% deposit – non refundable
between 8 weeks – 3 weeks before arrival – lose 50%
At 3 weeks or less before arrival – 100% We strongly recommend all customers to purchase trip cancellation / travel insurance.
Cancellation / Changes by usIf for any unforeseen reason we have to change your booking, we will do our best to offer you alternative accommodation of the same standard and if possible in the same / similar location. If we have to cancel your booking for reasons beyond our control, we will refund all monies in full. No extra monies will be due. We do not accept liability for travel expenses, alternative accommodation or other expenses that may be incurred. We strongly recommend all customers to purchase trip cancellation / travel insurance.
Late Arrival / Early DepartureNo refunds will be due, if the customer is unable to arrive on the expected day due to travel problems. This also applies in the case of early departure.
Arrival / Departures times at your accommodationArrival /departure times will be indicated on your final arrival details as well as on the page pages. These times are set in order that they can best accommodate both arriving and departing guests. If you require an earlier arrival time that indicated please ask in advance and we will see if it is possible. We cannot guarantee and early arrival will be possible at all accommodation we need the allocated time to clean and prepare the accommodation for you. Owners reserve the right to refuse entry if you arrive earlier without any prior warning. Accommodation needs to be vacated at the indicated time to allow staff to clean for the following guests. Please plan your trip accordingly or make additional arrangements if your flight times do not match up with the time you need to vacate the property. We cannot be held responsible for guests not being allowed entry if arriving or departing outwith the designated times indicated, without prior warning and without prior agreement with the owner.
Security DepositThis is usually payable in cash (euros) on arrival. It will be held and returned to you at the end of your stay. In the rare event of damage or large breakages, that are not considered normal wear and tear, the customer will be liable and the owner will deduct the cost from the deposit. This is at the discretion of the owner. Where the damage done exceeds the amount of the security deposit, customers will be liable to pay the difference to cover any damage incurred in full. Guests are kindly asked to leave their accommodation in a clean, orderly condition. All rubbish is to be disposed of in the proper manner and the kitchen area is to be left clean and tidy.
Items, equipment, interiors/exteriors at the propertyGuests are requested not to tamper with any materials / equipment at the property used for maintenance, pool maintenance (including robots for pool cleaning and/or chlorine), any equipment or vehicles or items belonging to the property owner that are in the vicinity of the villa or in cupboards or lockers etc. Children must be supervised at properties at all times and should not be allowed to play with any items/ equipment that belong to the owner. Apart from being dangerous in some cases, if these items are not used in the correct manner they will be damaged and any damage will be charged for. Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit paid. Where the damage exceeds the amount of the security deposit then guests will be liable for the full amount due.
Guests are responsible for any children in the group at all times and should make sure they do not deface/ interiors or exteriors including pool terraces during their stay.
